【答】 Talk box不是像一般效果器接上就可以用，很麻烦的。请详细阅读我下面解说：

我一直在等人在此留言板再提talk box，因为我曾在此留言板解说过，但我上次解说的是第二代改良式的现在已经没有人在生产了,我上次解说后我去"民间实地查访"，发现现在只有最原始的第一代 Heil talk box那个最笨蛋的设计(wah wah也一样回到第一代)。所以上次解说内容是全错的，请有把它copy当笔记的人这次更新。

talk box要怎么接呢？它的效果是怎么制造的呢？

首先讲接法：最好是用那种音箱头和喇叭箱分开的amp。将音箱头通到喇叭箱的导线接到talk box，然后另一条导线从talk box接到喇叭箱，当启动talk box后，音箱头的讯号就不传到喇叭箱了。talk box里面本身是喇叭单体后面的driver构造，会发出声音传向那条胶管。那条胶管要架在麦克风旁你用嘴含着，胶管传来的吉它声在你嘴中靠你嘴型变化产生"呜哇"和讲话效果(就像吹小口琴用手包闷起来，然
后张闭手发出哇呜效果)，然后声音从你嘴巴出来，由你嘴前面的
麦克风传送到P.A. Mixer和喇叭出音。

所以你的吉他音箱喇叭是不出音的，如果你用的是combo型音箱(音箱头和喇叭一体的)，你就要改造后级通向喇叭的线路使之能外接talk box。

当然啦，如果你没有整套麦克风唱歌系统就没得玩啦！

就是使用这么麻烦！有一家日本公司后来生产了一种像一般效果器接法的talk box，理完全不同。是你讲话发出声通过那条胶管在talk box中与吉他讯号混合出效果。当然效果没有第一代自然！
我上次解说后实际查访才发现这种第二代早就没人做了。(我还曾有一个呢！)

talk box 原由Heil(公司名和发明人姓氏)早年发明生产，但现在是由 Dunlop公司收购专利生产(亦收购了crybaby等早期效果器的专利)，所以现在应称为 Dunlop Heil Talk Box。
