美国Digitech公司出品的RP系列吉他效果器，一直在业界具有很好的口碑。但是在国内，仍属于未普及的产品。究其原因，恐怕是因为有关资料相对贫乏造成的。这次本人拿到了一块RP50并亲自体验以后，对于其优异的效果表现还是留下了深刻的印象。以下是对其全面评测的文字，包括第一印象，型号规格说明，操作指南，综合评价及评测结果共五个部分。

一．第一印象：
拿到这块效果器，第一感觉是外观非常传统化，按键和踏板都设计的中规中矩。液晶显示屏比较小，并且把所有的效果都陈列在面板上，使得给人的视觉有些凌乱。效果器的重量较轻，不过感觉上很结实，应该比较耐用。

二．型号规格说明：
输入：1/4" input
输出：1-1/4"立体声输出（也可用于接耳机）
Control In：1/4" input，用于连接感情踏板。

三．操作指南：

1． 将效果器与吉他，音箱连接起来。连接方法与一般的吉他效果器类似，将连电吉他的线接进RP50的Input口，再用一根线将效果器的Output口与音箱的输入连接起来就可以了。注意的是，效果器的Output可以是单声道（接一个音箱），也可以用1拖2的接口连接到两个不同的音箱上达到立体声效果，或者用Output接口输出到立体声耳机。

2． 用户音色与厂家音色。RP50可以存储共80个音色，其中包括40个用户自定义音色（1---40）和40个厂家预置音色（41----80），通过两个脚踏板可以进行音色切换（右踏板+，左踏板-）。RP50刚出厂时，前40个用户音色和后40个厂家音色是一样的，用户可以自己编辑修改并保存自己的40个音色，而厂家音色不能被修改。如果对自己编辑的音色不满意，用户可以重置 ( Reset ) 效果器的音色，使得前40个音色恢复为出厂时的情况（即和后40个厂家音色相同）。这个操作是不可逆的，一旦重置，所有自定义数据将被删除！

具体操作如下：先切除效果器电源，然后按住左侧的Edit键不放并重新接通电源，当显示屏上显示"- -"时，松开按键并按下STORE键，RP50就恢复为出厂设定了。

3． 调音表。
RP50自带的数字调音表，可以帮助你方便快速的调准吉他弦。

进入调音模式很简单，只要连好吉他和效果器后，同时按下两个脚踏板并持续几秒钟不放即可。进入调音模式后，你拨一根弦，在上方中间的液晶屏上将显示你弹的弦的音调。同时面板上的那些效果指示灯将提示你，该弦音高相比液晶屏上显示的音调，是低了还是高了。左边6个红灯闪表示此弦音低，应该调高些；右边6个红灯闪表示此弦音高，应该调低些。而当正中间的绿灯亮起，则表示弦已经调准了。

4． 旁通(Bypass)。
当同时按下两个脚踏板（注意不要持续不放），则RP50进入旁通状态（即处于不起作用的状态）。按下任意一个脚踏板即可退出旁通状态，并回到旁通前最后选择的音色上。

5． 编辑音色。
RP50的音色编辑非常方便，首先通过脚踏板切换到某一个待编辑音色上，然后按下Edit键进入编辑模式。通过按"Edit/Effect"指示的两个方向按键，选择你想要的效果，当你选中某个效果的时候，该效果上的指示灯会亮，同时在液晶屏上会显示这个效果当前的状态和数值。每种效果都有很多值，你可以按value键来对该效果进行调节，找出你觉得最适合的值。当把所有的效果调整好后，得到的串联效果就是你拥有的最终音色。

6． 保存音色。
一旦调好了一个音色，你需要把它保存起来。不过只能保存到用户音色区（1---40）。保存方法也很简单，首先按下STORE键，然后通过脚踏板选择你需要保存到的音色数字上（液晶屏上会有提示）。当然，如果是保存到当前音色上，则不需要选择。选好以后，再按一下STORE键，就把当前音色保存到指定数字上了。

7． 效果介绍。
因为大多数效果，在一般综合效果器上都有，也已为大家所熟知，这里就不全部介绍了。我挑选一些RP50比较有特色的效果介绍一下吧：

Preset Level： 当前音色的音量，注意这个音量的调整只针对当前音色，和整个效果器的总音量不同。（在非编辑状态下，按value键可以调整整个效果器的输出音量）

Pickup/Wah（拾音器模拟 / 哇音）：拾音器模拟是一种比较有趣的效果，它可以用来模拟单线圈拾音器吉他那种比较明亮清晰的声音，或双线圈拾音器吉他那种较厚重的音色。哇音效果需要连接感情踏板来进行实时控制，发出"哇，哇"的声音。

这个效果共有6种不同的状态：
OF 关闭该效果
SH 为单线圈吉他模拟双线圈拾音器的效果
HS 为双线圈吉他模拟单线圈拾音器的效果
Cr 经典的Crybaby哇音
Bo Boutique Wah，一种更现代的哇音效果
Fr Full Range Wah，这种哇音会涵盖所有的声音频段。

Compressor（压缩）：压缩效果用于自动限制吉他信号的动态范围，适当的使用可以使得声音更加清晰，有力。

Amp/Cabinet Modeling（音箱放大器模拟）：RP50包括不少经典音箱以及现代流行的音箱音色模拟，还可以模拟原声吉他的效果。RP50的这个效果很棒，实际上它的失真效果就是通过音箱模拟来调节的。

EQ（均衡）：RP50提供了一个3段均衡器，用来调节不同频段（低，中，高）声音的大小。每一频段的value值从1到9，1-4表示衰减该频段的音量，6---9表示提升该频段的音量，5表示不变。

Noise Gate（噪音门）：噪音门用来消除不弹的时候发出的噪音。对于不同的吉他和拾音器要选择不同的门限值。

AutoYa（自动"呀"声）：它把哇音和镶边结合在一起，创造出一种仿佛人声发出的"呀"声。RP50的这个效果相当不错，调节也很细腻，不仅可以调整"呀"声的速率，还可以调整"呀"声的音高。

Detune（重音）：它可以复制吉他的输入信号，并稍经转变后和原信号合并起来，听起来似乎是两把琴在同时演奏。

其他的一些合唱，镶边，延迟，变调等常见效果就不讲了。

8． 感情踏板。
通过Control In接口，可以将感情踏板和RP50相连。
感情踏板(expression pedal )可以用来控制哇音或者音量的起伏变化，达到实时控制的效果。

9． 鼓机。
RP50自带了一个鼓机，包括30种节奏，并且可以调节速度和音量。仿真的爵士鼓音色和丰富的节奏变化，可比一般的节拍器强多了。非常方便个人练琴，以及两三把吉他的合奏练习。

按下面板上右边的Drums键，即进入鼓机模式，并且开始播放鼓组循环（Loop）。在鼓机模式下，Edit键和value键用来选择和调整节奏型，速度，以及鼓机的音量。再次按下Drums键，停止鼓机的播放。

四．综合评价：

Digitech RP50这款综合效果器，与同价位的综合效果器如Korg AX-1G和Zoom 707比起来，最大的优势是有比较好的失真效果。这主要由于它的失真是*音箱模拟实现，保留了一些传统的失真音色的特点，同时结合压缩，均衡和噪音门的调整，很好的避免了Zoom 505,Zoom707和Korg AX -1G失真音色那种"薄，散，软"的缺点。这点，在厂家预置的几种失真音色上就可以有所体现。

RP50的延迟，合唱，镶边音色都比较传统化，没有Korg系列更具创造性。不过在有限的调节范围中，已经达到了很不错的效果。基本上可以满足大多数的要求。RP50的Wah，在动态范围上略有些不足。但是AutoYa效果非常好，配合失真音色的调整，可以作出很有力的哇音。另外，RP50的静噪很小，尤其当配合原厂的Digitech Ps200R变压器使用。相同的情况下，可以听出来比Zoom 707和Korg AX-1G的静噪都要小。RP50的鼓机设计是很有特色的，包含的节奏型比较丰富，并且操作很便捷。这一点比大多数的综合效果器带的那种枯燥的节拍器优秀的多。

当然。RP50也存在缺陷，这是任一款效果器都不可避免的。首先在外观的设计上，因为把所有的效果都陈列在面板上，同时面板又比较小，使得各个指示灯和按键过于集中，造成有些凌乱的感觉。其次是液晶显示屏太小，感觉上不够大气。而且这样就不能给每种音色起名字，并在面板上显示了。这是它不如Korg AX -1G和Zoom系列的地方。同时所有的音色只能以数字来区别，这样在现场表演时，必须要提前牢记每种音色对应的数字，这一点对用户不是很友好。综合的来看，Digitech的RP50效果器具有优秀的音色表现，同时很有自己的特色，在其相对较低的价位上属于绝对物超所值的产品。
